Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end. A scientific article shoud contain up to13 pages for publication.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in scientific articles is permitted, provided that its use is transparent, ethical, and accompanied by rigorous human review in order to prevent plagiarism, inaccurate information, and bias. AI tools must not replace the authorship and critical analysis of researchers.
Main applications of AI: research and information gathering; grammar correction and text revision; data analysis and structuring.
Important guidelines:
Declaration of use: it is mandatory to disclose in the article whether and how AI was used.
Prohibitions: AI must not be used to create fake images or videos, nor to replace the authors’ critical analysis.
Responsibility: authors are fully responsible for the technical accuracy and truthfulness of the information, even when generated with the assistance of AI.
Review: verification of content produced by AI is essential to ensure the scientific integrity of the work.
